I know it's only Monday and I normally wait until Thursday or Friday to announce this award but I spotted this guy at lunch today and couldn't go past him for the award.
So, you need to go to Red Dot and buy your daily supply of cheap imported crap but you can't be bothered parking the car so what do you do? That's right, you park on the footpath.
